Q:
How is embroidery priced? |
|
A:
Embroidered
items are priced by the stitch count. Our
computerized system automatically calculates each
stitch sewn. Sitches are then factored into
minutes, giving consideration for color changes,
hooping, and special measuring if necessary. There
is a nominal set-up fee for names and simple
embroidery. Specialized logos must be digitized.
You may e-mail your logo to us and receive a quote
within a business day. |

Q:
Is there a discount if I bring in a large order? |
|
A:
Bulk orders are less expensive by the dozen.
Single items are slightly higher. |

Q:
How does Kingdom Stitches handle tax exempt
clients? |
|
A:
All tax exempt clients MUST bring a copy of your
certified tax identification number at the time of
placing your order. A copy of your tax certificate
will be placed with your order and retained for
tax purposes. We will gladly withhold all taxes
from your order. |

Q:
How soon can I pick-up my order? |
|
A:
One
dozen or less is 3 business days. Three dozen or
less is 5 business days. More than three dozen is
7 to 10 busines days. A rush order fee will be
required for all orders requested in a shorter
amount of time. |

Q:
Do you stock products? |
|

shirts, caps, jackets, blankets, infant items) |

A:
Yes. If you don't have an item you want
embroidered, we will gladly offer our in-stock
items, or order one for you! We carry sizes from
infant to adult 6XL. |
